Business phase
Kinaura by PRISM Dynamics is an OpsPal internal product in the consumer relationship and personality app space, built end to end as both a personality engine and a consumer app.
The bottleneck
A relationship product needs a rigorous personality layer and a consumer app that share one backend. Without that, you are left stitching together bolted-on quizzes and generic chat that never feel like one coherent product.
The operating drag
The engine and the app surfaces had to run as a single platform across web and mobile, not as disconnected pieces—which meant assessment, scoring, data APIs, AI conversations, and infrastructure all had to fit together from the start.
What we saw
The right move was to treat the personality engine and the consumer surfaces as one platform on shared infrastructure, with observability in place from day one so the product could be released incrementally and grow toward broader adoption.
What we built
OpsPal built assessment and scoring services, a type-drift engine, data APIs, co-regulation flows, and profile-aware AI conversations using guarded RAG, shipped through incremental web and mobile releases. It runs on a stack of React Native, React, Python and FastAPI, Supabase/Postgres, Railway, Cloudflare, Stripe, and OpenAI.
Handoff
Observability was built in from day one, so the platform ships with the visibility needed to run and extend it across web and mobile.
The win
The engine and app surfaces now run on shared infrastructure as a single platform OpsPal ships end to end—assessment and scoring feeding data APIs and co-regulation flows, with profile-aware AI conversations on guarded RAG.
Held to our own standard
Kinaura isn't a demo — it's a live product we operate, holding real users' personal and psychometric data and running live Stripe subscriptions. We steward that data ourselves, on the same infrastructure and with the same discipline we bring to client systems. It's the clearest proof we can offer: we build your systems to the standard we hold our own. How we handle what you trust us with →
What came next
With the engine and app on one backend, the platform is ready for broader adoption and continued incremental web and mobile releases.
